Eligibility for Returns

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
The wheelchair must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
Any wheelchair that shows signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.

Software activations or connected smart features once registered
Installation, training, or setup services
Clearance or discounted units marked as Final Sale
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Scewo Bro wheelchair arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
