Return Policy – Scewo Bro Wheelchair

At Scewo Team, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and innovation of the Scewo Bro wheelchair and aim to make the return process fair, transparent, and hassle-free.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The wheelchair must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Any wheelchair that shows signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Customized or specially configured Scewo Bro wheelchairs

  • Software activations or connected smart features once registered

  • Installation, training, or setup services

  • Clearance or discounted units marked as Final Sale


Defective or Damaged Products

If your Scewo Bro wheelchair arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Serial number and product details

  • Packaging condition

After verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability and manufacturer policy.


Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the Scewo Team.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused

  • The RMA ensures proper tracking and processing of your return


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • Scewo Team is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned wheelchair

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative product solution


Manufacturer Warranty

The Scewo Bro wheelchair is covered under a manufacturer warranty for defects that occur after the return period.

Warranty claims may include:

  • Repairs

  • Replacement parts

  • Technical support

The Scewo Team will assist you in processing warranty claims when needed.
