At Scewo Team, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobility solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your Scewo Bro wheelchair, we provide a clear and fair refund and returns process.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The wheelchair is unused, unmodified, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Customized or specially configured Scewo Bro wheelchairs

  • Products that have been used, modified, or altered

  • Software registrations or activated smart features

  • Installation, setup, or training services

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale


Defective or Damaged Products

If your Scewo Bro wheelchair arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

  • Include serial number and packaging details

After verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.


Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  • Contact Scewo Team to request an RMA before returning the product

  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • Scewo Team is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned wheelchair

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund or alternative solution may be offered


Manufacturer Warranty

The Scewo Bro wheelchair is covered by a manufacturer warranty for defects occurring after the return period.
