Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The wheelchair is unused, unmodified, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Products that have been used, modified, or altered
Software registrations or activated smart features
Installation, setup, or training services
Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Scewo Bro wheelchair arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos or videos of the issue
Include serial number and packaging details
After verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

Refunds
